Privacy policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

Notice does not collect any information about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the app does not include any third-party code that does.

What stays on your iPhone

What you write, the teachings you save, your breathing sessions, how you said you felt, and your name if you choose to enter one are stored on your iPhone. They are never sent to us. You can choose to save a Notice backup containing your reflections, saved teachings and breathing history to Files or another destination you select. Notice does not upload that backup itself.

Like other app data, they may be included in your iPhone’s backups to iCloud or to your computer, which Apple handles under your own settings. Deleting Notice deletes them from your iPhone.

Reminders

If you turn on the daily teaching, the reminders are scheduled by your iPhone itself. No server is involved, and you can turn them off at any time in the app or in Settings.

Apple Health

If you turn on Apple Health in Notice, each breathing session you keep is saved to the Health app on your iPhone as Mindful Minutes. Notice only adds these sessions; it never reads anything from Health. The data stays with Apple Health under your own settings, and you can turn this off in Notice or in the Health app at any time.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
